Megan Pomone

Megan joined the Foundation in March 2019 and since August 2019 has been newly appointed HR/Office Manager for the Foundation. Her role combines general Human Resources, project management and office management.

Apart from holding a post-graduate degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa, Megan completed a post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Megan has worked for many companies including Grant Thornton and an Australian Utility Company. Prior to joining the Foundation, Megan spent four years running the HR Department for L’Arche London, a Learning Disability Charity. Having worked in different countries and variety of sectors and has a good understanding of organisational development and working with different cultures.

In her spare time, she volunteers as a Counsellor for a Community Centre in South London and is a big fitness enthusiast and has a passion for dancing.

Her notable achievement is performing Samba at the 2012 Olympic Closing Ceremony and parading at various festivals.
