Kirsten McCormack
Skills Based Volunteering Associate
Seconded from Lloyds Banking Group, Kirsten joined the Foundation in 2022. Prior to this, Kirsten worked in various roles and teams within the Group. As part of the Development Team, her role supports the delivery and design of the Foundation’s Skills-Based Volunteering programmes, linking Lloyds Banking Group colleagues with the Foundation’s charity partners.
Kirsten was drawn to this opportunity within the Development Team to get involved in shaping and delivering programmes which support charities and benefit communities, while supporting volunteers’ development and broadening their experiences at the same time.
When she’s not working, Kirsten enjoys highland dancing and getting involved in various Scouting events and activities, in both participant and leadership roles.
