Work for us

Regional Manager Peter takes a selfie with two attendees at our Value of Small event

Every role at Lloyds Bank Foundation contributes to the work we do in partnering with small and local charities who help people overcome complex social issues like homelessness, domestic abuse and mental health. Through long-term funding, developmental support and influencing policy and practice, we help those charities make life-changing impact.

We are not recruiting at the moment.

I've never experienced a work place that offers so many opportunities — from two days paid volunteering at a charity of your choice, to regular visits to charities that we fund. I feel like I have been able to thrive and grow in my personal development since joining and it is really beginning to shape my career.
