Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales is inviting tenders from interested parties for an in-depth study of the role and value of small and medium-sized charities.
As part of its 2014-2018 strategy, the Foundation aims to actively champion the role and impact of small and medium-sized charities tackling disadvantage in their local community. The Foundation is commissioning a suite of complementary research projects in 2015 and 2016 in the hope that it will generate robust and actionable evidence of both the strengths and needs of small and medium-sized charities at a critical point for the sector.
Drawing on the findings of its research programme to date, the Foundation now looks to commission an independent research provider to undertake a substantial original research project.

Initial evaluation of bids will take place in the week commencing 26 September 2016. Following shortlisting, a clarification meeting with presentations from bidders will take place on Wednesday 12 October 2016. We will notify all bidders of the outcome during the week commencing 17 October 2016.
