Expressions of interest: learning and evaluation partner

A man hands a business card to another man

Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales is inviting expressions of interest for a Learning and Evaluation Partner for our new Development Directorate.

Our Development team is seeking to develop models of sustainability for small and medium-sized charities, testing and refining these with organisations as needed in four places around England and Wales.

The Learning and Evaluation Partner will complement our overall approach to this work and support our development team with learning as it progresses.

This role will work closely with the Development team to support them as the work progresses, through offering systematic tools of inquiry, situational analysis and ongoing critical friendship. When appropriate, the role will require data collection and evaluation activities.

We’re seeking to appoint an individual evaluator, small team or consortia working in a developmental evaluation role with experience of working within emergent and dynamic programmes, the ability to ask difficult and timely questions and excellent skills in facilitation, research and evaluation.

The budget for this work is £50,000 per year, for up to four years until the end of our current strategy in 2022. We’re looking for the successful bidder to start in Summer 2019, initially engaged for a 3-month scoping phase after which we’ll mutually agree the scope of the work in rolling annual contracts.

Click here to see the full brief for details on the tendering process, further information about our initial scoping of the agreed areas of work and what we’re looking for.
