We provide a wide range of developmental support, including training, consultancy and mentoring alongside our funding to strengthen charities. Our grant managers build relationships with charities to help them identify challenges and work with partner organisations to deliver solutions.
Our support builds confidence and expertise among charity leaders, helping them thrive far beyond the life of their grant and equipping them to be stronger and more sustainable.
In addition to our funding, we work with charities to identify their development needs and offer local consultancy support to address these needs. This support could be in one or more of the following areas:

Charity Mentoring harnesses the skills of staff at Lloyds Banking Group to strengthen the small and medium-sized charities we fund, supporting them to become more effective, more robust and more sustainable. Charity Mentors work with charities to address a wide range of needs.
Charities are given opportunities to connect with local charity professionals through regional learning networks. Ask your Grant Manager what's available in your area.
