Aferdita Pacrami

Aferdita is the Head of Communications at the Foundation, part of the Policy, Communications and Research directorate. She works closely with colleagues across the organisation to shape and deliver effective communications that spotlight the work of the Foundation, champion the value of small and local charities, and promote social justice. She is also a trustee of Lewisham Refugee and Migrants Network a local charity dedicated to migrants' rights. 

Aferdita has held senior comms roles in the charity and private sectors. She was the Head of Marketing and Communications for an international development charity and the CEO of a small digital agency. She gets excited about working in a role that combines data and creativity to change hearts, minds and behaviours.
