Lloyds Banking Group

Every colleague at Lloyds Banking Group can get involved in the Lloyds Bank Foundation. We make more impact together.

Every colleague at Lloyds Banking Group powers the Foundation’s work – because the money that we have to invest in communities comes directly from the Group’s profits. And every year, we help thousands of colleagues to make a difference, multiplying the money you raise for your communities through Matched Giving, and connecting you to the community organisations where you can lend a hand through our volunteering opportunities.

We’ve seen what that force can achieve. Together we create change that neither could achieve alone.

Why a make difference with the Lloyds Bank Foundation?

Supporting the Foundation is a win all round.

  • You build skills and networks for your professional development.
  • Your efforts with us help Britain’s communities prosper.
  • And the local organisations and communities you care about benefit directly from our partnership.

When you support the Foundation, you’re investing in people and places that matter to you. We work in your communities where you live, work and belong.

How to get involved right now

  • Lend a hand. Currently, Lloyds Banking Group colleagues can help out the people and communities we invest in through our Skills Based Volunteering programme. This gives colleagues the opportunity to make a real difference, for example by mentoring someone, helping develop test ideas in a workshop, or even by becoming a trustee.
  • Claim your Matched Giving. You can claim up to £1,000 for charities of your choice each year. For every hour you volunteer with a charity, we’ll donate £10 to them up to £500. And for every £1 you fundraise, we’ll match it pound for pound up to £500. All the details are on the Interchange.

But that’s not all. As part of our new In a Good Place strategy, we’re creating new ways for colleagues to make a difference. Because we’ve barely scratched the surface of what we can get done together to increase the overall amounts of money and time people give, or to help Britain’s communities prosper.

Get inspired, hear brilliant stories of communities in action, and find out more about how the Lloyds Bank Foundation can help your career at Lloyds Banking Group.
