Deborah Falkingbridge

I was seconded from Lloyds Banking Group in October 2025 to join the Skills Based Volunteering team, where I support the design and delivery of the Foundation’s Skills Based Volunteering programmes, linking Lloyds Banking Group colleagues with the Foundation’s charity partners.

I have held a variety of change management roles across Lloyds Banking Group and other major UK High Street Banks, gaining extensive experience in driving transformation and supporting strategic initiatives.

It’s an exciting time to be part of the Foundation’s journey, contributing to the growth and evolution of our skills-based volunteering offer. I’m passionate about championing the benefits of volunteering and helping others discover the value it brings to individuals, organisations, and communities.

I live in West Yorkshire, although originally from the Northeast. Outside of work I enjoy sewing, reading, and spending my weekends walking on the moors with my two dogs.
