Miles Ravenhill is the Community Bank Director at Lloyds Banking Group and has almost 40 years of experience in financial services. Since joining the Group, Miles has worked in a variety of leadership roles and is passionate about the colleagues he leads and the communities they serve.
In his current role, Miles oversees the strategic direction and operations of the Community Banks, inspiring a workforce of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences. He is committed to digital education and the positive impact that digital literacy brings to every member of our communities, particularly the most vulnerable.
Miles lives in Oxfordshire with his wife, their three children and Tillie their Tibetan Terrier. In his spare time, Miles loves spending time with friends and family and at a weekend you will often find him cheering on his beloved Oxford United, cycling or playing golf.
