Nebiat Tefera joined Lloyds Bank Foundation in October 2019 as the Development Associate from the organisation ‘2027’. Through working shifts in low-paid jobs, Nebiat managed to get a first degree and Master’s degree as well as significant experience in the UK healthcare and international development (education) sectors.
Nebiat has a great deal of knowledge and experience in programme management and development work. Whilst Nebiat will spend most of his year with LBFEW working with the Development team. He is aiming to gain an in-depth knowledge, practical skills and work experience in the grant making sector’
