Natalie Golding is Chief Operating Officer of the Lloyds Bank foundation, having previously been COO of the UK's Payment Systems Regulator. Prior to that she spent nearly two decades in the UK Civil Service. After pursuing a career as a policy professional, Natalie led the Department of Transport's crisis management team, working on drone incursions, transport security, and planning the UK’s biggest ever peacetime repatriation in response to the collapse of Thomas Cook, before leading a transformation programme at the UK Space Agency. She has also served as Chief of Staff to permanent secretaries in the Cabinet Office and Department of Transport, before becoming Director of the Leadership College for Government, providing senior leadership development and networking opportunities to senior civil servants and public sector leaders.
