Nebiat Tefera joined Lloyds Bank Foundation in October 2019 as the Development Associate from the organisation ‘2027’. He is currently a Funding and Compliance Officer, with responsibility for funding reporting, issue logging, and supporting effective governance and compliance across the Foundation’s grant portfolio. Nebiat brings experience from the international development sectors and has a strong background in programme management, reporting, and organisational development.
