Our current community partners

We build organisations’ capacity and capability to drive potential and progress within communities everywhere across England and Wales, by providing resources: money, time, tools and connections.

So that we can ensure everyone in England and Wales is in a good place, we have four different kinds of community partners and partnerships:

• We have long-term commitments to local places, where we are powering community-led change. We support and empower communities to come together to rethink and redesign how things work.
• We invest in community organisations with grant funding, alongside a host of organisational development and capacity building support.
• We back community organisations through organisational development support and capacity building only, as in our Investing in the Power of Civil Society pilot programme.
• By boosting the efforts of Lloyds Banking Group colleagues to make a difference through Matched Giving, we make grants to even more organisations in communities.

Our reach so far in 2026 

When you back brilliant people, brilliant things happen. The people and organisations we back are brimming with proof of that. Across England and Wales, they’re creating homes to prevent homelessness, and turbocharging services to help people become more financially resilient. They’re raising millions of pounds of new money for great ideas, created jobs, and forged new relationships. They’re spreading joy, and restoring hope.

It’s a privilege to play our part in giving those brilliant people the resources they need to speed up and spark change.
