Register for the Good Place to Live: New Beginnings webinar and Q&A
Wednesday 29 July 2026, 10:30AM – 12:00 Noon
Join us for this live webinar and Q&A to learn more about this fund and whether it’s the right fit for your organisation.
As part of the Good Place to Live: New Beginnings Fund, we are backing organisations that support people at key moments in their lives when the risk of homelessness is highest, including people leaving the prison system, domestic abuse survivors, young adults leaving care and individuals leaving the asylum system on securing the right to remain in the UK.
We are awarding unrestricted grants up to £200,000 over four years to 40-50 community organisations, alongside tailored development support, practical tools and valuable connections for registered charities and CICs with an annual income between £25,000 and £2 Million.
During this webinar we’ll go through the eligibility criteria for this fund. You’ll have the chance to ask us questions about the programme, which our panel will respond to.
Please check our website from early August when we will make accessible formats of the guidance document available, including Welsh and easy read.
We also have a short quiz to help you easily check your eligibility before the webinar.

Accessibility during the webinar
BSL interpretation is provided for this webinar and will be visible to everyone.
Following the webinar, a recording will be uploaded onto our website along with the slides and transcripts. The recording will only show the presentation, speakers and BSL interpreters.
All audience members’ cameras will be disabled so you will not see anyone else in attendance. This is to ensure the speakers and interpreters are clearly visible to all.
We are using speech to text typists to provide live captions. Captions will be enabled during the call, and we will send a separate link to access them, if you prefer to follow as a transcript.
Slides will be emailed out in advance of the session, embedded with Alt Text and Slide Title Navigation.
If you have any requirements or adjustments you would like to discuss to enable you to join this event, please let us know on the registration form and we will get in touch.
Asking questions
If you have any questions for the panel to submit in advance of the session, you can include these on the registration form.
On the day we will be using the Q&A function, which you can also use to add your questions. You will be able to see all questions and can choose to submit anonymously if you’d prefer. If this functionality is not accessible for you, please let us know in your registration form so we can arrange an alternative approach.
No written questions will be visible in the recording.
Please note that Zoom's Chat facility will be disabled for attendees. This is so we can manage questions better.
The panel will answer questions live. So that we can answer as many questions as possible, members of the team will also be typing responses in the Q&A facility.
For any questions we are not able to answer during the webinar, we will do our best to answer them afterwards and share along with the recordings and transcript.
Please note that everyone will be able to see questions added – so please do not share personal details or sensitive information about your organisation.
If you have any questions about this event, please get in touch with us at: events@lloydsbankfoundation.org.uk
